AgriTECH
DARE: Domaine Agritech de Riche en EAU
Our vision is to become an integrated Agritech farm whereby the latest technology is being used to produce BIO superfoods at the most cost-effective prices. Where the population and tourists can come and experience the farm to fork concept within a real ecotourism development.

01
Investment
We have invested and developed a “domaine agricole” of 8 farms of 2,100 SqM [on average] with provisions for high-tech greenhouses of 100 SqM each per farm. Trees like bananas, papayas, stevia, and macadamias have been planned for plantations on the farm. -
02
High-tech Greenhouses
In addition, we have planned the production of high-value goods such as Shitake mushrooms, Kale, and others [eventually Cannabiol should the government decide to issue licenses for those cultivations] in greenhouses that would require an artificial climate. -
03
Permits and licenses
Since the start, we have spent time with various authorities to obtain the relevant permits and exemptions, especially for the greenhouse. The high-tech greenhouse has been validated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security through its research arm, FAREI and we have also obtained certification from the District Council regarding exemptions for the construction of the greenhouses.
Our Technology Companies
Drone
Drone technology is transforming modern farming by providing both advanced crop management and enhanced security solutions. Equipped with sensors and cameras, drones can monitor crop health, assess soil conditions, and even spray with precision, reducing manual labor and resource waste. Additionally, drones will play a key role in farm security, using high-definition cameras, thermal imaging, and real-time video streaming to monitor large areas for threats such as theft , or damage by animals. By integrating drones, we expect to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and protect our operations.
Biosignals
Biosignal technology is transforming agricultural farming by enabling us to monitor the biological data of plants and animals with greater precision. Through implanted sensors, we can track vital signs, helping to identify health issues early. Biosignal sensors will also help us detect plant stress, nutrient deficiencies, and growth patterns in real time, allowing for more accurate adjustments in irrigation, fertilization, and pest management. By leveraging biosignal technology, we hope that we can enhance productivity and achieve more sustainable, data-driven farming practices.
Traceability
Traceability technology is becoming a critical tool in agricultural farming, and will enable farmers to track the entire journey of crops from farm to fork. By using advanced systems like tags, QR coding, blockchain, and GPS tracking, we would be able to record detailed data about the origins, handling, and transportation of our products. This technology not only enhances transparency for consumers who want to know the source of their food, but also helps farmers meet regulatory requirements and ensure product safety, which well, a critical component of BIO certification.
