We have invested in the design and development of a smart home platform HC2 and tested it in our R&D facility to ensure that the Resident Experience, [RX] is taken to the next level. Our HC2 platform not only manages water, climate, energy and safety in real time but also allows you to access and control your home from wherever you are in the world. With the forthcoming launch of humanoids from Tesla and UBtech, you will have even more control over your home.

Silver Valley at Bel Ombre

As from early 2025, our drive towards sustainable luxury and making our developments even more enjoyable will reach new heights with the testing of Tesla and other humanoids such as UBtech which allows you to virtually navigate through the home.
